Here are some full and detail shots of Embrace Me: So Big You Can’t Get Around It (Ver. 2.0) while installed at SoHiTek Gallery for the two-person December show, me and you/You & Me, that I had with Hannah Andrews.  This is the second version of the heart pillow that I first finished in the Spring of 2011 and was consequently shown in Brooklyn, NY at the Textile Art Center in Play, a juried group show curated by Joetta Maue.

Also included are images of Squeeze the Nectar/Cup the Blossom, which was another piece shown in me and you/You & Me; however, these images were taken back in my studio.  This piece took me a year and a half to complete, the longest start-to-finish work that I have created to date, and this show was it’s first debut.  I hope to be showing it in other spaces this coming year.
